Research Facility

Situated an hour’s drive south of Kailua-Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii is the oldest fishing village in Hawaii. The village is called Milolii. As one of the top 10 fishing areas in the world, Milolii is known to have large Marlin, and an abundance of Tuna, Mahimahi, and Ono. Milolii is home to our research facility, where we have staff that monitor water temperatures, currents, and fish landings in order to aid our import purchases.

The research facility is available for rent on a year round basis. It is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house, with electricity, washer/dryer, and a full kitchen. It is a perfect getaway for 2 couples or a family. The rental of the facility includes 2 staff that will cater to all your needs. The following activities are available at the facility:

  • Hiking
  • Snorkeling
  • Goat Hunting
  • Fishing
  • Kayaking
  • Swimming

Because of the uniqueness of the location and our willingness to adapt to all our visitor’s needs, rates will depend on the services and menu required.

If there is any interest, please call or email us and we would be happy to accommodate all your requests to make your stay a memorable one.
